Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered showers and thunderstorms are forecast to redevelop this afternoon into this evening along a frontal boundary stalled out just south of the area. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour will be possible.
