In New York, Southern Westchester County. * WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, from noon to 2 PM EDT Saturday. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, from 1 PM to 3 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding is expected in the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. Expect up to 1 ft of inundation above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads and low lying property including parking lots, parks, lawns and homes/businesses with basements near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Potential for minor coastal flood impacts to continue during the daytime high tides Monday into Tuesday.
